PAMBIKA — every celebration starts with a committee

Tanzania's end-to-end platform for weddings, conferences and milestone galas.

Who we are

PAMBIKA is the name we chose because every great harusi (wedding), conference or milestone celebration in Tanzania starts the same way: a committee of family, friends and colleagues pulling every detail together. We built PAMBIKA to be that committee in your pocket — one platform to find your venue, book your vendors and track your budget from the first idea to the final toast.

Halls, venues and resorts across Tanzania

Whether you need an intimate ukumbi (hall) in the heart of Dar es Salaam, a lakeside resort on Lake Victoria, a beachfront venue in Zanzibar, or a full corporate conference centre in Arusha, our Venue Finder lets you filter by region, capacity and price so you can shortlist the right hall in minutes instead of weeks of phone calls.

Weddings, culture and every harusi tradition

Every bride and bridegroom deserves a harusi that feels unmistakably theirs. From the first fitting of a bride’s gauni (gown) to a groom’s traditional kanzu, and from candlelit church ceremonies to a spirited Maasai jumping dance performed by warriors in full regalia, our Add-on Marketplace connects you with the entertainers, caterers and stylists who bring Tanzanian wedding culture to life.

Catering, car hire and grooming, all in one plan

Beyond the venue, PAMBIKA curates the vendors that make an event run smoothly — fine-dining and Swahili-fusion catering teams, luxury car hire fleets for the bridal convoy, and grooming specialists including a trusted kinyozi (barber) and hairdresser for the whole wedding party. Every vendor you add updates your live budget estimate automatically, so there are no surprises on the big day.

Beyond weddings: conferences and milestone galas

PAMBIKA isn’t only for weddings. We help committees plan corporate conferences, product launches and once-in-a-lifetime milestones — from a golden or diamond jubilee anniversary to a safari gala in the Serengeti — with the same venue, catering and entertainment tools used for the country’s biggest harusi celebrations.
